Travel Butler reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time. Travel insurance is encouraged for all trips and mandatory for international trips in the event that you cannot make the trip or get sick, hurt or injured on a trip. Failure to make your second scheduled payment in a row may cause your reservation to be cancelled and all previous deposits/payments will be forfeited. Please pay attention to and note all due dates in order to avoid this fee. All scheduled Hedonism trip payments made late are subject to a late fee on the balance that is due. Cancellation requests made less than 180 days before a Hedonism trip will receive no refund whatsoever. Cancellation requests made 180 days before a Hedonism trip are entitled to a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee per person. All refunds/cancellations must be made in writing and sent to in order to qualify as having been received.
